JM is playing on (and managing) one tournament softball team with his old high school baseball teammates. He’s also playing on a church league team for the second year in a row. Those games have resulted in him being recruited for two additional softball teams. On Sunday, he filled in as goalie for his friend Holly’s co-ed soccer team.

The Boyfriend doesn’t play baseball, but he bought himself a bat anyway. He also hung up a heavy bag in the basement and at least a couple times per week, he goes downstairs to dance with it. We also have the weights and his parents’ Total Gym (which I love, but haven’t used much lately). And then there’s the tennis racket.
JM plays tennis, too, along with football in the fall and hockey in the winter.

Lest you think JL is left out, keep in mind that he taught snowboarding to kids last winter at a ski resort.

Between the three of them, we’re equipped for quite a few sports. Cluttering up the house. Where it doesn’t belong.

And now? JM wants to take up golf. I don’t think so.
